The Fasano Hotel E Restaurante was designed by world-renowned architects Isay Weinsfeld and Marcio Kogan, who created the building to reflect an old-world elegance from the 30s and 40s, as visible through the classical-style Italian marble and English brickwork. Rogerio Fasano continues to personally oversee that the hotel’s restaurant serves traditional Italian cuisine, with each and every dish based on the Fasano family’s origins from Milan. So respected is the Fasano’s hotel and restaurant that it is not unusual to see international and Brazilian jazz stars performing live at the hotel’s baretto!
